Tibetan wool is the best in the world for carpets. Tibetan sheep, wild and
hardy, freely roam the Tibetan plateau at elevations higher than 14,000
feet. The wool is not commercially processed and the fibers are long and
strong with a very high lanolin content. |
The carpets have a silky touch and easily repel common stains because
of the richness of the lanolin. They age beautifully, becoming
more subtle with time and will last many generations.
